The size, material and appearance of your tree almost doesn’t matter, but if you plan very extraordinary things, that are likely to be problematic, please let us know, so we can handle possible complications. Especially concerning fire regulations or generally dangerous materials or constructions this is important.
Last date for your tree to arrive at the HfG (Karlsruhe University of Arts and Design) is the 16th of December, which also is the opening date of the exhibition.

We cannot provide the shipping of all trees, so the costs must be borne by yourself. If you wish, though, you’re welcome to pick up your tree again at the end of the exhibition. We do not assume any responisibility for the trees. With the handing in of anything for the exhibition, you agree on our right to publish any material on it without having to check back with you or receive your authorization. We will always try to name the author along with any publication.
